Technology & Quality
A method you can audit
How a pack moves from a design decision to an accepted delivery, in five stages.
- 01
Architecture
Electrical, thermal and mechanical design developed together, with assumptions and calculated margins recorded alongside the decision they support.
- 02
Validation
Test conditions, instrumentation and pass criteria are defined before the first measurement. Results are recorded as measured, including the ones that send the design back a stage.
- 03
Production control
Assembly follows a released process. A change to that process is a controlled event with its own review, not an adjustment made on the bench.
- 04
Traceability
Cells, sub-assemblies and finished packs carry identifiers that link a delivered unit back to its build record and its test data.
- 05
Documentation
The document set is agreed at the start of the programme and delivered with the hardware, under the same revision control as the design.
ELITIUM manufactures the cells in the catalogue and engineers the packs built on them. This is how a pack programme is run.
The cell we make
21700
ELITIUM EL70
INR21700-EL70
6700 mAh · 50 cycles
A 21700 cell built for one thing: the most energy a gram can carry. Two charge profiles turn the same cell into two products — an endurance cell for missions where every watt-hour is range, and a standard cell for platforms that fly again tomorrow.
